Cost of dental implant?

How much is it roughly to get dental implant done? bone grafting, implanting and crown, all together how expensiveit can it get, I wonder. Also, how long does the whole procedure take? (consultation doesn't count, from the first surgery to the completion of putting a tooth crown on) My dental insurance doesn't cover any of the cost, I need to know how much it is going to be over all.
