I Recently had a Root canal then a week later an Extraction plus a sinus lift and a bone graft so i can get an implant when it heals. Now I have to get Prepped for a crown. My poor moth hurts so bad. What kind of medications will they prescribe for me after if any?

I'm 12 and I wanted to start getting into shape without dieting and junk. I know I could drop the junk and stuff,but any ideas? Full routines would be so nice and I will give you best answer! Knee surgery, Please answer!?

I had a very precise knee surgery about two weeks ago. It was a complete cartilage transplant, three broken bones on my knee, and a bullet size hole was filled. The doctor said it went very well. He said not to smoke, because my graft may not attach. Is that true? and another question is how long before i can swim, and have my life back. i just graduated high school last saturday, on crutches of course. I just want a few details on the recovery, like swimming, healing time, pressure,etc. any answers would be greatly appreciated.
