What to ask for, for my 13th birthday?

So I'm turning 13 on July 10th and I have no clue what I want! I have make-up (stuff you can get at the drugstore), an old digital camera, a TV in my room, a Blu-Ray player, an iPod nano, and a phone. I really want an iPhone 4 but my mom said that won't happen. I want alot of stuff but my parents don't have all the money in the world. I was thinking in between $100-$150. Oh and what should I do for my party? My friend and I are having one together and we don't know what to do. Rollerskating here is too much and she has had a pool party every year since she was 5. We wanted to do a Scavenger Hunt at the mall but my mom said no. Idk what to do! PLEASE HELP, and please don't hate :(
