Can a man win back his love by bettering himself?

Over the past year I've lost my way a little.. Let myself down with the hard times were all having recently. I've always worked hard, always grafting and never taking a day off. I feel like I've lost my way and I've recently lost my girlfriend. She's the best thing that's ever happened, we had that fairy tale relationship. We have been speaking a lot about getting our own place and always planned for big things but I get the feeling she's been thinking ahead and thinkin to herself "if we cnt get on our feet now, what are we gonna do when we have bills and a house to pay for" this winter has just been really tough for me and I've nt been able to keep ahold of money and feel like I've really let myself down. I know she loves me.. I know what we had was very different from most people I know. Is there a chance I can win her back by getting back on my feet and proving I'm the man she fell for at the start?
