How to heal/hide squeezed spots?

i have prom on tuesday and i squeezed a spot on my forehead, its bright red and has just stopped weeping. i have been putting quinoderm spot cream on it, i have heard about raw potato juice on it but i dont want to make things worse. How can i get rid of it quickly????
