Why can I never get a nuke in MW2?

Get a tar/scar silenced swap cold blooded for stopping power, patrol an area ( walk around a lil bit of the map) use harrier chopper nuke as soon ad you get harrier hide, wait for choppa, that should get you nuke, never stay in the exact same place, move around a bit as people will go back for revenge kills
