Replacing HYPHEN and FULL STOP with a space in a cell in excel?

If A1 has JOHN DE-GRAFT, B2 should display JOHN DE GRAFT. Secondly if A1 has MARK G. K. HACKMAN, B2 should show MARK G. K. HACKMAN. Please i need answers for both situations. Thanks
