For shawerma sauce, i use tahini sauce which i mix some tahini with water , salt, lemon juice and garlic, mix them very well till you get the consistancy of the creamy, more liquidy than the pancake mixture.. The other garlic sauce i use for the broasted chicken, which you mash the boiled potatoe with garlic and olive oil or mayonaise with garlic and sour cream. sahtain!
