Are my stitches supposed to fall out?

i got a bone graft done on thursday and i think my stitches are loosening up i can mess with them in my mouth but its still stuck on the grafting site and its pretty long and loose, when will it come out? and will it be a problem if it got swallowed? x] thanks for the help
