How much does it cost to install disc brakes?

I bought the Schwinn Graft Pro and has front disc and rear V brakes. It doesn't have a 6 hole hub on the back but looks like there is spacing to allow for it. How much would it cost to install disc on the rear? I would probably have professionally installed as I am not educated enough to do this.
