Please help, Are there any charities that help adults with Medical issues?

Check with your local Dept of Rehabilitation Services (also known as Vocational Rehab). They can provide assistance with medical expenses and help her get back to work. Also, your local Masons or Lions Club may have some assistance available. She may also qualify for Medicare or Medicaid, especially if the ulcers are caused by diabetes or a similar condition. DHS would be another option. Many states have temporary assistance programs that will help her financially while she's out of work.
